OUR POLICY

Access: candynow.ca is a B2B wholesale only eCommerce platform servicing business across Canada. Customers are required to create an account and log in to access the website and place orders.

Order Processing: All orders must be placed on www.candynow.ca. After checkout, we will pick and pack your order and contact you with the final invoice amount to finalize payment. 

Payment: Visa or Master Card prepayment is required before shipping.

Shipping: candynow.ca offers free shipping on candy & snacks for orders above $350 before tax. A $25 flat shipping fee is applied to orders less than $350 before tax. Free Shipping available to all provinces in Canada except remote areas where a discounted shipping rate will be calculated separately. 

Free Shipping does not apply on Beverages indicating (SHIPPING EXTRA) which ships on a pallet at a discounted shipping rate calculated once the order is ready to ship out.

Oversized and/or Heavy items may be subject to additional shipping fee.

candynow.ca uses 3rd party couriers and shipping companies. candynow.ca assures packing products in perfect condition before shipping, and is not responsible for damages to products happen during shipping after the order leaves our warehouse.

Even though we take great precaution when shipping your order, not even candynow.ca can control mother nature. Once your package leaves our warehouse, candynow.ca does NOT guarantee any product, shipped in warm weather or to warm climates, from melting, and in a cold weather or to a cold climates from freezing.
